Remember when we held on in the rain
The nights we almost lost it
Once again we can take the night into tomorrow
Living on feelings
Touching you I feel it all again
Chorus:
Didn't we almost have it all
When love was all we had worth giving?
The ride with you was worth the fall my friend
Loving you makes life worth living
Didn't we almost have it all
The nights we held on till the morning
You know you'll never love that way again
Didn't we almost have it all
The way you used to touch me felt so fine
We kept our hearts together down the line
A moment in the soul can last forever
Comfort and keep us
Help me bring the feeling back again
(Chorus)
Bridge
Didn't we have the best of times
when love was young and new
couldn't we reach inside and find
the love of me and you
we'll never lose it again
cause once you know what love is you'll never let it end
Chorus:
Didn't we almost have it all
The night we held on till the morning
You know you'll never love that way again
Didn't we almost have it all
Didn't we almost have it all
(End)

You know the Bible 86%!

Wow! You are awesome! You are a true Biblical scholar, not just a hearer but a personal reader! The books, the characters, the events, the verses - you know it all! You are fantastic!

Found this from another blog. Quite a cute quiz. Honestly, I must add, I'm surprised by my results. Most of you know that I'm not exactly devout and exceptionally saintly. Made a few mistakes i suppose, but I did read the entire bible when I was 14. Because my mother locked up all the computer and TV from me, only had limited books, i guess also, there was no Harry Potter, thus it provides for an interesting read.

Qian Li Zhi Wai otherwise known as Faraway.

A lovely song btw Jay Chou and Fei Yu Qing. Its not only a nice contrast of voices, where the crisp and clear Fei Yu Qing contrasts with the mumblings of Jay. But both work perfectly in the sound of RnB mixing with China Wind-style music.

I prefer the Jay voice a little bit more. But whats is nice is the mixing of the duet. There is intermingling of the lyrics in the second repeat. But what is nicest about this song is the MTV. Its such a heartbreaking MV. I like the girl in the MV. Though i must add, reminds me a little bit of those cutesy types, a la jolin tsai. But what is touching about the music video is the fact that Jay holds onto the pink hankerchief that she leaves with him after she has been bought over by laowais to perform. I just like the 3 years later part.

But its like so Old Shanghai. Which i had the chance to visit last few years. The famous Peace hotel which is simply just beautiful. A little like Raffles Hotel in Singapore, It's along the Bund which is now lined with every single fashion label known to mankind. But what is the most beautiful about the Peace Hotel is that they have this bar, which has those those classical chinese singers warbling out those ancient radio tunes that maybe foreign to your ear but is so in tune with the hotel and its environs. The bar itself has those traditionally chinese chairs of the old yesteryears and everything remains unchanged. Just like those TV shows you see now and then about old Shanghai.

Don't know what you guys think of the song. But I think its a really nice MV, with good story line and plot coupled with a pretty actress to boot.
